Jeffrey M. Baker is the Director, Office of Laboratory Operations, for the Office of Energy Efficiency and Renewable Energy (EERE) and oversees the U.S. Department of Energy's Management and Operating contract for the National Renewable Energy Laboratory. Baker is a principal in the development of EERE's award-winning Research Support Facility (RSF), one of the world's most energy efficient buildings.
