Products and Services Offered: The Curveline service center will “crimp-curve” exposed and concealed fastener metal panels in a wide range of profiles, substrates and finishes. Applications include curved roofing and walls, standard and acoustical decks, canopies and covers, fascias and mansards, and curved flashings and trim. The Curveline process produces curved components that offer enhanced aesthetics for all types of buildings. Crimp-curving also increases the strength and rigidity of panels, reducing the required amount of structural support and/or the required panel gauge for potential cost savings.

Background: Curveline Inc. brought a patented crimp-curving technology from Europe to the U.S. in 1985, establishing a panel-curving service center in Ontario, California. Today, this service center approach remains unique to Curveline. It offers maximum design flexibility because the curving technology is not linked to a single product line. Using the Curveline profile list, the architect or specifer may source panels from manufacturers in 100+ factory locations and specify any desired angle and radius of curvature, including simple, complex and multi-radius curves.
