Background: Rob Haddock, S-5!™ founder and inventor, has been in the metal construction industry for 35 years. Starting out as a metal building contractor, he is today a well-known metal roof consultant, author and speaker. Haddock’s contracting company was among the largest in the country at that time, with some 10 million square feet of metal roofing successfully installed. After transitioning out of that business he authored a number of training and educational curricula for various trade groups, and, having studied metal roofing history and applications both domestically and abroad, began lecturing and sharing his unique insight.
