The newly completed Hamburg Casino in Hamburg, NY is one of the highlights of the enormous Erie County Fairgrounds. In addition to the casino, the 275,000-acre complex includes the Buffalo Raceway horse track, an exposition hall, four parks, campgrounds and an event center. Featured on the exterior of both the two-story, 66,000 sq. ft. casino and the attached expo center are insulated metal wall and roof panels from Metl-Span.

The project’s 40,000 sq. ft. of Metl-Span 4” CF42 Tuff Wall® insulated metal wall panels were finished in Regal Blue while the 23,000 sq. ft. of Metl-Span 4” CFR42 insulated metal roof panels are Polar White. To meet stringent fire codes, the building also includes Metl-Span's 4"-thick ThermalSafe fire-resistant insulated panels. Those panels – also in a Regal Blue color – have a one-hour fire rating.

The casino was designed by BHNT Architects of Buffalo, NY. The general contractor was Tedesco Construction Services, Inc., Lewiston, NY. The metal building system was provided by Varco Pruden Buildings, Memphis.
