The 700,000 sq. ft. Walgreens Distribution Center located in Anderson County, SC, includes a 40,000 sq. ft. two-story administrative office area, a 10,000 sq. ft. receiving office and a 14,000 sq. ft. shipping office/cafeteria.

CENTRIA provided roofing and siding coverage with BR5-36 panels, to create the architecturally attractive building. The metal wall panels selected add texture and vibrancy to the façade and illustrate the diverse wall panel choices and color variations available from CENTRIA.

The architect was Korte Co., St. Louis, MO. The general contractor was Korte Construction Co., St. Louis, MO. The CENTRIA dealer/installer was SPS Corp., Apex, NC.
