The Genard Phase II Industrial project in Houston, Texas consists of a 27,120 square foot crane-ready commercial warehouse that features metal building system construction from Mid-West Steel Building Company.

Method Construction was the general contractor and builder. Independent Steel Erectors was the erector. Both companies are from Houston.

The roof panels for the facility are solar white 24-gauge Double-Lok standing seam, installed on a 1/2:12 slope. The endwall panels are 24-gauge textured FW-120 and the sidewall panels are tilt wall with light-transmitting panels.

This project was a 2014 Mid-West Design Build Excellence Award winner.
