This 46,000 sq. ft. three story hotel in Pecos, Texas was built using special order self-storage type framing inside concrete tilt wall panels and foam core tilt wall panels that have a true R-20 rating.

Heavy timber construction at the entry area results in the entire structure being rated a non-flammable construction project. The roof system is made of Architectural Metal Systems (a division of American Buildings Company) Loc-Seam 360 roof system in Evergreen.

The American Buildings Company Builder was Watson Exports, Inc. of Hunt, TX. The Designer was Hans Schlunegger of Kerrville, TX.
