Ohio State University, in Columbus, OH, recently completed a project to construct a new building on campus to serve as housing for graduate students and for commercial use.

ATAS International Inc.’s Standing Seam Shingle was used on the exterior walls of the building. The shingles were 29-gauge G90 Galvanized steel, and colored Sierra Tan (one of ATAS International Inc.’s standard colors). 18,000 square feet of these shingles were used to complete the building. ATAS International Inc.’s Standing Seam Shingle is available in 16” by 36” or 60”.

North Coast Commercial Roofing in Columbus, Ohio was the distributor for this project. Phinney Roofing acted as the contractor for the Ohio State University Gateway.

Ohio State offers over 170 academic programs. Students have the opportunity to live in different housing facilities throughout the campus. On and off campus housing is available. Graduate students are offered housing separate from the undergraduate students.
