Upper Landing Condominiums is a uniquely designed multi-residential facility clad with thousands of square feet of CENTRIA’s Concept Series panels. The complex is located in St. Paul, MN, with the Mississippi River and bluffs in the background. The metal contrasts in a modern fashion to the brick portions of the building, creating a two-tone look which enhances the uniqueness of the total design.

Concept Series panels are part of CENTRIA’s Profile Series and each of the six choices provide classic asymmetrical forms. This broad selection provides thousands of combinations or articulation, shadows and sight lines, along with a complete line of design, finish, integration, special systems and detail options.

The project architect was KKE Architects, Minneapolis, MN. General Contractor was Ryan Companies of Minneapolis, MN, and the CENTRIA dealer was SGH, Minneapolis, MN. CENTRIA products used on Upper Landing Condominiums were: CS-660 in Silversmith; CS-200 in Grey Velvet and Construction Specialties Integrated Sunshades.
