Sno Gem Introduces PV Cube™ Standing Seam Attachment System

McHenry, IL – Sno Gem® Inc. recently introduced the PV Cube™ standing seam attachment system, a clamp-to-seam solar panel racking and mounting system that provides unparalleled strength, thanks to patent-pending WaveLock™ technology with three points of attachment.

“We’ve designed four PV Cube profiles to accommodate virtually any standing seam metal roof,” says James T. Carpenter, Vice President of Operations at Sno Gem. “Our Silver Bullet™ set screws include a rounded bullet tip to maximize strength, but they in no way damage the paint finish or pierce the seam, meaning they won’t void warranties like some other attachment systems.”

To assist installers with attachment to a variety of standing seam profiles, Sno Gem has designed the PV Cube™, the PV Cube Wide™, the PV Cube™ Mini and the PV Cube™ Zip. All are constructed of aircraft-grade aluminum extrusion and employ the patent-pending WaveLock technology. The easy-to-install PV Cube solar panel racking and mounting system attachment is made in the USA and requires no painting or mounting kits. It’s available in standard mill finish aluminum material, making it an easy item to keep in stock.
