ATAS International Project Of The Year Winners Announced

The award-winning Campbell Stables and Batch Yard projects are shown above and below, respectively.

Allentown, PA - As ATAS International – metal roof, wall, ceiling and accessories manufacturer - wraps up their 25^th Annual Project of the Year competition, the celebration continues for a select handful of people who were deemed Project of the Year winners. In addition to their custom fabricated ATAS plaque, title-holders earn a year-long promotional opportunity, including project photos, details and credits, all prominently displayed on the ATAS website for the remainder of the year.

The Project of the Year Program recognizes those professionals that further the advancement of metal in construction using a system manufactured by ATAS. A panel of three judges, independent of ATAS, select the winners for each of the four categories which include Commercial Roofs, Commercial Walls, Residential Roofs, and Residential Walls. The winners in each category are determined by overall design, quality installation, and innovative use of the material. All involved in the use of ATAS International Inc. metal panels are encouraged to participate in this program each year.

The picture-perfect Campbell Stables in Bridgehampton, NY won first place in the Commercial Roofs division, and features 56,000 square feet of Dutch Seam roof panels in Hartford Green, complementing the acres of lush green countryside that surrounds the property.

Winner of the First Place Commercial Walls category was The Batch Yard in Everett, Massachusetts. Located just outside of Boston, this project is the redevelopment of the former Charleston Chew candy factory. On the building’s exterior are a number of ATAS products, including Eco-Seam, Corrugated Panels, and Perimeter Edge Trim. The project is unique in that the design team opted to reuse many of the original building materials, preserving the Charleston Chew legacy.

Private residences from Irvington, NY and Wayne County, PA were selected as the winners of the Residential Roofs and Walls categories.
