D.I. Roof Seamers Introduces Contractor Series Select Kit

Corinth, MS — D.I. Roof Seamers has announced the availability of its new Contractor Select Kit. This Roof Seamer was designed in 2010 to benefit contractors and builders who work with portable roll formers and want the ability to own a roof seamer without a large capital investment. The "Select Kits" are tooling kits that are sold with the roof seamer, providing tooling conversions for 1", 1.5" and 2" roof panels that can be formed in 90° or 180° seamed profiles. The tooling is changeable at the job site to accommodate whichever type of panel requiring seaming. A bi-directional option is available for  seaming 90° profiles.

The machine is self-propelled and offers hands-free operation. Built with a durable 9 amp/115 volt/60 cycle electric motor, it is equipped with a quick-disconnect plug for added safety, and an onboard hour meter to keep track of usage and maintenance.  Recommended for use with 24-gauge steel panels maximum, the machine is lightweight, fast and comes with a 6-month manufacturer's limited warranty.
