Walker, MI - Tubelite Inc. has added Jim Leadbetter as director of operations in Reed City, Michigan. Leadbetter, who reports to Steve Jaskolski, vice president of operations, will lead and support the company's business growth strategies.

Drawing from more than 25 years of operational and management experience, Leadbetter has generated significant results in cost reduction strategies and productivity improvement throughout his career.

Joining Tubelite, Leadbetter returns to Michigan where he earned his bachelor's degree in engineering from Lawrence Technical University. He also holds an MBA from Augusta State University in Georgia.
