Synthetic Roof Underlayment Institute Announces Board Of Directors Nominees
Chicago, IL – Six members have been nominated for election to the board of directors of the Synthetic Roof Underlayment Institute. Bruce Hayden, Alpha ProTech Inc.; Mark Strait, Kirsch Building Products; Mark Tupas, Owens Corning; Michael DiStefano, Continental Materials Inc.; Mickey Gay, Perma “R” Products Inc.; and, Tyler Kruckenberg, System Components; will be presented for election by the membership at the October 18th, Annual Meeting of SRUI’s membership.
Formed in 2014, SRUI is conducting its second Annual Meeting, and its first open election. All board positions are subject to election. Nominees must receive a majority of the votes cast by the membership to be elected. Board members will serve either a one or two year term; to be assigned by random draw. Moving forward, one-half of the board positions will be open for election annually.
The Annual Meeting will be held at 10:00 AM, Wednesday October 18th in Room N256 of the Las Vegas Convention Center, in Las Vegas, NV. The meeting is being held in conjunction with METALCON.
