Metallic Building Company Names Kent Clauson President

Houston, TX - Kent Clauson has been named president of Metallic Building Company effective immediately. In his new role, Clauson will be responsible for driving profitable growth and leading operations for Metallic as well as the Mid-West, Garco and All-American brands.

“Kent has a proven track record of driving sales teams toward aggressive growth, action orientation and individual accountability,” said Bill Coleman, Buildings president at NCI Building Systems. “With his customer-focused approach to the business, Kent is the ideal candidate to lead Metallic where we foresee that brand in the future.”

Clauson has more than 20 years of professional experience leading sales, business development and marketing for organizations such as REHAU Incorporated, American Woodmark Corporation, Armstrong World Industries and most recently Mohawk Industries where he served as senior vice president for the Eastern U.S. sales team.
