TMJ Architectural is an independent representative and distributor of SnowMax snow retention systems from Alpine SnowGuards, and roof ventilation products from Superior Ridge Vent Systems. On December 1, 2015, the company also became a distributor of RoofAquaGuard high-performance metal roofing underlayments.
Snow Retention Systems
• Snow retention systems by Alpine SnowGuards are designed and engineered by snow retention experts. They are tested extensively by the company, by third-party testing facilities and by roofing experts in the field. The company's products use fastening methods shown to maintain the integrity of the roof, in compliance with roof manufacturers' warranties. They can be installed on new or existing roofs.
Alpline's SnowMax fence-style snow retention system for standing seam metal roof systems is manufactured from aircraft-grade aluminum and comes standard with a mill finish. Attachment is via non-penetrating clamps that secure to the roof's standing seams. It can be fitted with a color strip insert that matches the roof color, and with fixed-position ice flags that prevent ice from sliding under the rails.
Alpine's Two-Pipe Clamp-To-Seam snow retention system is manufactured from aluminum and also comes standard with a mill finish. Powder-coat finishing in the customer's color choice is available. The system's clamp-on brackets are secured using three set screws. The tube rails are 1" OD pipe.
