As its name suggests, there’s more than slot machines at the new Harrah’s Casino in Chester, PA. There’s also a 5/8-mile, world-class harness racing track. Like the adjacent casino, significant portions of the grandstand are covered with Omega-Lite® aluminum composite material wall panels from Laminators Inc. of Hatfield, PA.

Nearly 80,000 sq. ft. of the Bright Silver PVDF-finished panels were installed. They were used predominantly across the back of the grandstand and on the soffit above. Installation was achieved through the use of Laminators’ 1-Piece, Tight-Fit molding system with mitered intersections.

SOSH Architects of Atlantic City, NJ, was the project’s architect, T.N. Ward Construction of Ardmore, PA, was the general contractor and DRS Specialties of Mount Laurel, NJ, handled the installation of the aluminum composite material panel system.
