Not all is as it seems at the Warner Park Sadium in Basseterre, St. Kitts. The cricket stadium's old copper roof is not so old after all...and it isn't copper either. To get the look of patinated copper without the cost, Newel Lewis Broadridge Associates of Gros Islet, St. Lucia, West Indies, instead specified 22-gauge Galvalume-coated steel with an Aged Copper PVDF paint finish from Akzo Nobel Coatings Inc.

The coil used to fabricate the panels was provided by Drexel Metals Corp. of Ivyland, PA. Weathershield Systems of San Juan, Trinidad, West Indies, manufactured and installed the roof system.
