The 92,000 sq. ft. Discovery Springs Office Building in Middleton, WI, houses a wide range of occupants ranging from dentists to a yoga salon and a bank. The layered form concept of this building allowed for added flexibility in the layout of tenants as they became known.

Featured on this project was CENTRIA’s FormaBond® Aluminum Composite Material (ACM) with standard and custom fabricated curved panels, in Platinum Metallic finish. CENTRIA’s FormaBond® is a stronger, flatter and finished ACM panel, complete with formed, pressure-equalized joinery. This panel provided Discovery Springs with super-flat, sharp and crisp exterior sight lines while featuring low maintenance and superior impact resistance.
