Adjacent Terminal D at the Dallas/Ft. Worth International Airport in Dallas, TX, is a Hyatt Hotel. Used extensively on the hotel’s exterior is ALPOLIC® ACM (aluminum composite material), manufactured by Mitsubishi Chemical FP America Inc. of Chesapeake, VA.

HKS Inc. of Dallas designed the hotel and chose DFWH White as the color for the nearly 85,000 sq. ft. of panels used on the project. The 4mm-thick panels, which have a PPG Industries Coraflon paint finish, were fabricated by ARMETCO of nearby Justin, TX. Admiral Glass of Houston, TX, installed the panels using ARMETCO’s RWx4 rout & return wet seal attachment system.

Austin Commercial also provided contract services on the building.
