Travels with Tony

"Travels with Tony" is a series that follows Tony Bouquot, Metal Building Manufacturers Association (MBMA)'s general manager, as he visits notable metal buildings around the country.

In this episode, he visited us in Green Bay, Wisconsin, to show how metal buildings have been used to construct and expand our Corporate Headquarters. He also presented our Bay Insulation Wisconsin division with the MBMA safety award for going all 2022 with no incidents.

Briner Building

Briner Building Logo

Briner Building was founded in 1969 in Bluffton, Indiana. They’ve gone from specializing in agriculture, constructing commercial Butler® engineered grain bins, elevators, and farm buildings, to today, being a design/build general contractor that provides full-service construction management, specializing in design-build Butler® Building Systems.

Briner was introduced to Bay Insulation Systems and EXPI-DOOR because both are vendors for Butler® Building Systems, and Briner trusts that Butler Manufacturing only provides industry-leading vendors and solutions. They stay with Bay Insulation Systems because of the attention to detail on roll lengths and logistics. They stay with EXPI-DOOR because of the product offering and quality, preferring pre-assembled doors, especially the Series 700, because, for Briner, it is the most cost-effective solution that provides the best quality and installation cost.

Briner has construction experience ranging from 5,000 sf buildings to over 500,000 sf industrial building systems in Northeast Indiana and Ohio. They also offer building maintenance construction services and reroofing expertise. Their success can be attributed to their core values of quality, integrity, responsibility, community, and partnership.

Briner states, “We serve clients who are vision-oriented, just like us. And when they have a dream, they come to us to make it a reality. But we don’t do it alone. Our employees and clients work hand-in-hand to bring the vision to life. Together, we’re a team, and we deliver our best, every time.

“We design. We construct. We Build As One.”
