Retirement – Career Lessons After 47 years in the fastener industry, I have decided to retire as of April 1, 2024. It has been a pleasure ending my career with TFC (27 years) and as a member of the SFS GROUP. I have been extremely blessed throughout my career to have been exposed to many great people in business who shaped me and my career...the list is long! At a very young age, I realized the importance of; · Listening and learning. · Doing the best you can do. · Doing what you say. · Taking action. · Mentoring (Oh yeah...I can’t forget the importance of having some fun along the way!) But most importantly, learning from those with experience, and teaching those who are less experienced will help you succeed in any field you choose! I wish everyone future success in whatever you decide to do!
