National Wire, a 6,204 square foot office building located in Conroe, Texas, features metal products from Mid-West Steel Building Company.
Batten-Lok HS roof panels on a 3:12 slope were used to cover the facility, and other points of interest include a structural steel second floor, 36" eave and canopy extension. To achieve R-19 insulation, 5-1/2" open cell spray foam was used in the roof. R-13 was achieved in the walls by using 3-1/2" open cell foam.
The general contractor was Huffco Services Inc., TDH Builders was the erector and roofing contractor, and Chris Fritsche was the designer.
