About The Program
The “Metal-over-Metal” retrofit re-roofing market represents literally billions of square feet of opportunity for contractors and design professionals. Older metal buildings have roofs that have reached the end of their service life. This program will explain how to re-roof without removing the existing roof while at the same time, upgrading to current building code requirements and integrating energy efficient and renewable solar technologies.
About Roof Hugger

The program is presented by Mark James, Consultant to Roof Hugger, Inc. Mr. James has been in metal construction since 1971 and has been instrumental in the successful completion of over 25 million square feet of retrofit projects. He is an industry recognized speaker for Building Owners, Contractors and Design Professionals seeking knowledge to properly retrofit existing buildings. He is now President of RetroSpec, LLC of Dallas, Texas.
