The City Of Lonetree Maintenance & Storage Facility in Lonetree, CO, is a 10,905 sq. ft. structure that used rigid framing from VP Buildings, as well as Hemlock Green SLR roofing which complements the masonry walls.
SLR roofing is field seamed with weather-resistant joints. It can be used on slopes as low as ¼:12. It offers 16”-wide coverage and comes in seam heights of 2” or 3”. UL60 and UL90 wind uplift ratings are available. SLR is also approved by the US Army Corps of Engineers for Wind Uplift Resistance.
