MBMA's 2024 Student Design Competition Now Open

Cleveland, OH - The Metal Building Manufacturers Association (MBMA) 2024 Student Design Competition is now open for entries. This year’s contest asks architecture students to create an innovative metal building design for a new campus recreation center and sports complex that will serve the student population. More than $30,000 in prizes will be awarded to entrants in graduate and undergraduate divisions.

MBCEA, MBI Receive Pledges For New Metal Building Assembly Curriculum

Bethlehem, PA - The Metal Building Contractors and Erectors Association (MBCEA) and Metal Buildings Institute (MBI) have received pledges totaling $462,500 for the development of a new Metal Building Assembly Curriculum. The Ketenbrink Education Foundation will match all funds raised from industry members up to $500,000. Additionally, kickoff funds totaling $150,000 have been provided to get the development of the 13-unit, 80-module training program started.
