The 25-year-old trapezoidal standing seam roof on the Metal Sales Manufacturing plant in Rogers, Minn., sustained hail damage during the summer of 2020. Initially, the plan was to tear off the damaged metal roofing and replace it with a new metal roofing system. In an effort to avoid a stoppage in production, further discussion led Metal Sales to install Roof Hugger sub-purlins on the damaged roof and attach a new metal roofing system to those sub-purlins.

Cornice Construction LLC of Warren, Oregon was awarded the American Buildings 2023 Building of the Year Excellence in Design Award in the Manufacturing/Industrial category for the Ryerson Steel project in Centralia, WA. This 212,000 sq. ft. structure is home to Ryerson Steel's newest state-of-the-art metal distribution and steel processing facility.

The Bonneville Power Administration (BPA) is responsible for more than 15,000 miles of electrical lines and 300 substations. Brian and Bruce Frank have five Schweiss Doors bifold doors in use on their two farms near Olivia and Bird Island, MN, and they couldn’t be happier with any other style of door on the market. The Franks’ farm is 1,600 acres, growing corn, soybeans, sugar beets, sweetcorn, peas, navy beans and some wheat. The Franks also perform some custom sugar beet harvesting for area farmers.
