Pat’s Peak Ski Area, located in Henniker, NH, is a ski and snowboard area in the winter months and a banquet hall in the off-season.
In 2006 Pat’s Peak, Inc., decided to reroof the lodge. They chose ATAS International Inc. manufactured panels, Dutch Standing Seam, to give their lodge the same picturesque look as their beautiful surrounding terrain.
Dutch Standing Seam is available in three widths: 11”, 15”, and 19 ¼”. The width chosen for this project was 15”. The material used was .032 aluminum and the color was one of ATAS International Inc.’s standard colors, forest green. Kynar 500 R was the paint finish used on these panels. More than 2,000 total linear feet of ATAS International Inc.’s panel was used to complete the lodge.
Louer Architects, located in Goffstown, NH, designed the project. William Clarke, WBC Builders, acted as the contractor as well as the installer of the new metal roof. The roofing distributor was Beacon Sales.
From April to November Pat’s Peak closes their slopes and transforms into a banquet center.
