The Windsor Corporation Yard has expanded facilities for both personnel and equipment for the Windsor, CA, Public Works Department in a project that features many sustainable design elements and the benefits of a single source supplier of exterior metal walls and roofs.

Public Works services operating from Windsor Corporation Yard includes water, wastewater treatment, reclaimed water distribution, street maintenance, building maintenance, and park and street landscape maintenance.

The architect was Hardison, Komatsu, Ivelich & Tucker Architects, Oakland CA. The CENTRIA dealer was Blackwood & Associates, Inc., Fairfield, CA. General Contractor was Midstate Construction, Petaluma, CA. CENTRIA products used on this project were: Structural Standing Seam Roof SRS® 3 – 1.5; IW-30A in Champagne Gold and Surrey Beige; and EcoScreen® perforated IW-13A in Surrey Beige and Cambridge White.
