Suite Of Digital Tools From All Weather Insulated Panels Expanded To Include BIM 3D Viewer

Vacaville, CA - All Weather Insulated Panels stays at the forefront of design assistance and support with a complete suite of Building Information Modeling (BIM) products, including its newest offering, a 3D Viewer.

BIM 3D Viewer

The BIM 3D Viewer allows users to see the company's construction details in a whole new way, and to "Explode" or "Assemble" the various components of those details to see each individual object in close-up view. And thanks to an easy-to-use interface, the BIM 3D Viewer offers users the ability to hide or make components translucent to see and understand exactly how different components fit together. Chosen details can then be downloaded in "IFC" format for importing into each user's modeling software. Users also have the ability to download 3D PDF models for use in presentations and meetings.

The 3D Viewer supports All Weather's other primary BIM tools/offerings: The BIM Configurator and BIM Bundles.

BIM Configurator

AWIP's online BIM Configurator lets users design, configure and download BIM objects from All Weather Insulated Panels in more than 140 different formats including Tekla, ArchiCAD and Inventor, as well as 2D drawings and PDF datasheets. The Configurator can be used anonymously, but registration is required to download final work.

BIM Bundle – AWIP BIM Bundle on Autodesk BIM360

Available on Autodesk BIM360, the AWIP BIM Bundle facilitates the creation of BIM packages tailored to any given project's exact needs. To use the free service, users simply indicate their requirements to All Weather's digital team, and the team creates and sends the needed BIM Bundle. With global Revit prowess and direct product knowledge, the All Weather team creates and manages all the Revit project files with multiple levels of detail, ensuring customers can deliver clean, accurate project specifications.
