Two homes located on the brackish inner coastal waterway of Florida recently received new metal roofs protected by Tedlar®. Located in Jupiter, Florida, the first home features Dark Bronze Tedlar®; and located in Hobe Sound, Florida, the second
home features Dove Grey Tedlar®.
Tedlar® is an ideal choice for protection in these settings because it has no coastal restrictions due to its extreme chemical and corrosion resistance. Additionally, Tedlar® boasts over 60 years of real-world data showing that it maintains its
initial appearance even in the harshest of environments, including coastal settings. Its best-in-class warranties include no freshwater rinse requirements, so the building owner can rest assured their roof will look good as new without any maintenance.
It was noted that these homeowners can have peace of mind that their investment will be protected and look beautiful for years to come.

Office Building In Tokyo - More Than Three Decades After Installation
Few things in life look exactly the same after 32 years, but Tedlar® does. The installation of Tedlar® on the exterior of a regional tax office in Tokyo was completed
32 years ago, and looks the same in 2023. As seen in the accompanying photo, when comparing the current exterior of the building to a new sample sheet - there is virtually no difference in its Pewter Grey color.
Tedlar® PVF film is known for providing long lasting aesthetic protection for architectural applications.
As evident from this in-use example, Tedlar® preserves and extends a building’s appearance and lifetime by preventing building façades from fading, cracking
or corroding. That’s because Tedlar® films are designed to be stain resistant and easy to clean, which also reduces maintenance costs, making it an ideal solution for this busy urban environment.

Port Of Los Angeles Project
This project illustrates that the protection offered by Tedlar® PVF film goes beyond metal products. To accommodate auxiliary baggage handling facilities needed for a variety of cruise lines, the Port of Los Angeles erected a 74,000 square foot architectural
fabric building - constructed by Sprung Structures and protected by Tedlar® film.
Featuring Tedlar® in Salem Blue, the structure is 130’ wide and 535’ long and includes eight 14’ x 14’ rolling service doors, ten double personnel
doors, and three double glass doors complete with connecting corridors that attach to an existing facility.
The Tedlar® surface is UV resistant and dirt shedding, meaning the color will look fresh and clean despite the sunny, coastal, and heavily trafficked industrial environment.
