Isaiah Industries Expands Roofing Underlayment Division
Piqua, OH - Isaiah Industries announces it has acquired the North American distribution of the RoofAquaGuard line of roofing underlayments. Based in Piqua, OH, Isaiah Industries formerly served as a re-seller of the products through Nordic Waterproofing of Finland.
According to Isaiah president Todd Miller, "We are very excited to expand our involvement with roofing underlayments. We were one of the first companies to import synthetic underlayments into the United States many years ago. We see the value of these products and remain committed to providing our customers with high quality products and caring customer service."
Assisting Isaiah in its efforts will be David Nemes of Vancouver, British Columbia. Nemes has long been involved in the underlayment industry and will serve as a consultant to Isaiah, helping them achieve wider distribution.
The primary products included in this transaction are RoofAquaGuard UDLX, which is a 5' wide synthetic underlayment with a slip-resistant top surface. The RoofAquaGuard MT product is a self-adhering ice and watershield product with a slip-resistant and non-asphaltic top surface. The company also offers a breathable roofing and siding underlayment as well as a mesh product for ventilation, sound-deadening, and energy efficiency beneath roofing and siding products. Currently being introduced is RoofAquaGuard ECO, which is a product designed for the metal, SBS, asphalt and fiberglass shingle industries at a very competitive cost.
The company is currently working to develop new products and expand its involvement with products for waterproofing as well as vapor and moisture transmission control in the building envelope. Products are distributed from warehouses in Piqua, OH and Kent, WA.
