D.I. Roof Seamers Introduces New Tooling Kit For Standing Seam Roof Seamer

Corinth, MS - D.I. Roof Seamers introduces a new tooling kit for its Contractor Series Roof Seamer. Called the Universal Kit, it provides tooling conversions for 1"-, 1.5"-, and 2"-high roof panel seams that are joined in 90° or 180° profiles.

It was noted that users can change the seamer’s tooling on the jobsite to fit most panels. A bi-directional option is available when seaming 90° profiles.

The Contractor Series Roof Seamer was designed in 2010 to benefit contractors and builders who own a portable rollformer. The machine was engineered to provide builders with the ability to own a roof seamer without a large capital investment.

The Contractor Series Roof Seamer is self-propelled with hands-free operation. Built with a 9-amp, 115-volt, 60-cycle electric motor, it is equipped with a quick-disconnect plug for added safety and an onboard hour meter to keep track of usage and maintenance. The seamer is recommended for use with 24 gauge steel panels maximum.
