Hires Include Technical Sales Engineer And A New Plant Manager
Hatfield, PA – Laminators Inc. has announced James J. Marks, EIT as its new Technical Sales Engineer and David Yanusko as its new Plant Manager.

James J. Marks | |
Marks, a Pennsylvania Licensed EIT (Engineer in Training), brings with him a wealth of knowledge and experience to fulfill the numerous duties and responsibilities of the Technical Sales Engineer position. Having spent the last seven years as a Project Engineer in the civil consulting industry with emphasis in building envelope rehabilitation, design and quality control services, the company expects him to be a solid asset to the Sales and Engineering teams. Marks holds a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Civil Engineering from Widener University in Chester, PA and is in the process of becoming a licensed Professional Engineer in the state of Pennsylvania. With his strong technical background and expertise in AutoCAD, Marks will be responsible for assisting the technical group with the design and implementation of testing protocols, the continued development of product specifications and technical literature, and the management of an extensive CAD library of details for product installations. Marks will also play a key role in new product research and development.

Christopher Bucci | |
As part of the organizational transition, Christopher Bucci, MEng.CE, PE has been appointed to Lead Technical Sales Engineer. In his new role, Bucci will be responsible for spearheading Laminators’ move to create more “design professional friendly” support documentation including an updated CAD detail library, comprehensive submittal packages, detailed installation manuals, and drop-in Masterformat specifications. Additionally, Bucci will support designers with one-off design support, calculation packages, and custom detailing as required for unique product applications. Bucci has a combined 15 years of experience in engineering and management, of which one is with Laminators Inc. He holds a Bachelor of Science (BS) in Civil Engineering with a structural concentration from Widener University in Chester, PA. For his graduate work, he completed Widener’s dual MEng/MBA program; a coordinated, dual master’s degree program jointly administered by the Schools of Engineering and Business Administration with concentrations in structural rehabilitation and engineering management, respectively. Bucci is a licensed Professional Engineer in the state of Pennsylvania and has practiced as both a structural design professional and a forensic engineer. Prior to his career in engineering, he was a sales and management professional in the retail, telecom and hospitality industries.

David Yanusko | |
In addition, Laminators has brought in David Yanusko who comes to the company with over 20 years of experience in the manufacturing industry, having held various positions as Chief Operating Officer, General Manager, and Director of Engineering/Quality to name a few. Yanusko holds a Bachelor of Arts (BA) in Business Administration from Ursinus College, Collegeville, PA; an Associate of Applied Science (A.A.S.) in Mechanical Design from Montgomery County Community College, Blue Bell, PA; as well as numerous special training certificates in areas such as Design for Manufacturability, Quality Functional Deployment, Labor/Management Cooperative Programs, Basic Project Management and Continuous Improvement and Team building. As Plant Manager, Yanusko will supervise the daily operations of Laminators’ manufacturing, quality assurance and shipping departments.
