NCCA Announces Keynoters, Topics For 2015 Annual Meeting
Cleveland, OH - The National Coil Coating Association (NCCA) will hold its 2015 Annual Meeting on April 19 - 22 at the Loews Ventana Canyon Resort in Tucson, AZ. The meeting features two keynote speakers, Clyde Fessler, a former top executive with Harley Davidson, and Ron Felber, one of the NCCA’s most highly ranked presenters.
Fessler will tell the amazing story of how Harley-Davidson emerged from near bankruptcy to become one of the top-performing corporations on the New York Stock Exchange, and one of the most recognized brands in the world. Fessler, who retired from Harley-Davidson in 2002 as V.P. of business development, was the man behind this revolutionary strategy. In his motivational presentation, he will identify Harley-Davidson’s strategic changes in product, programs, policies, procedures, and attitudes.
Felber, a nationally recognized business author, speaker and consultant, will deliver his presentation titled, “Houdini's Secrets: Escaping the Corporate ‘Box.’" Felber’s sessions are always engaging, fun and interactive, and attendees are sure to discover new and innovative ways to solve business challenges.
In addition to the keynote speakers, a special presentation on conflict minerals will be given by Eric Gotting of the Keller and Heckman law firm. This will be the first of a series of in-depth educational seminars sponsored by NCCA. Other presentations include:

- A “Voice of the Customer”
- Use of Agricultural Steel Panels for Residential Roofing

Attendees should make hotel reservations and register for the meeting by March 18, 2015. In order to appear in the final program, registration and payment must be received at the NCCA office by March 18, 2015.
