One of the challenges Schweiss Doors faced when figuring out the Build Your Own Door Kit was to develop a hinge that comes pre-assembled, pre-welded and is robust in design. Schweiss’ uni-body hinge design does just that, wrapping around the steel doorframe members, making it the strongest, most reliable hinge design in the industry. It includes a first-of-its-kind hydraulic hinge with grease zerks located so hinges can be greased from the inside.
