AEP Span Holds Grand Opening For Innovation And Training Center

West Sacramento, CA - AEP Span hosted the grand opening of its Innovation and Training Center on July 1, 2015 at its corporate headquarters in West Sacramento, California.

“AEP Span [an ASC Profiles business unit] is a leader in the manufacture and supply of steel building components on the West Coast,” stated John Cross, ASC Profiles President. “In line with our commitment to quality and product development, we recently completed an extensive renovation of our Innovation and Training Center which was established for the sole purpose of enhancing our existing product line and adding new and creative solutions to assist our valued customers.”

The Innovation and Training Center will be the hub for testing, product benchmarking, internal/external training, supplier and customer collaboration, and customer events. Cross welcomed the customers in attendance and provided an overview of new and upcoming initiatives in development. All guests also enjoyed lunch and private tours of the manufacturing facilities.
