Memphis, TN - Varco Pruden Buildings (VP) announces that their national headquarters in Memphis, Tenn. was recognized a second time this year as a top place to work. The Memphis Commercial Appeal ranked VP in the top 10 of the Top Workplaces 2015 in the small size category (under 100 employees).

The Top Workplaces are determined based solely on employee feedback. The employee survey was conducted by WorkplaceDynamics LLC, a leading research firm on organizational health and employee engagement. The survey criteria included topics on salary, benefits, employee engagement, and workplace environment.
