Oklahoma City, OK - Star Building Systems, a leading manufacturer of custom designed metal building systems, has been named one of Oklahoma’s Top Workplaces by The Oklahoman.

Star's honor was based on responses from its employees to a survey that was conducted by Philadelphia-based WorkplaceDynamics, a research firm that specializes in employee surveys and workplace improvement.

Each Star employee was asked to complete the anonymous survey containing 22 questions that measure how they felt about their jobs. This included things like:

The survey results showed that the most important aspect to Star employees, like all Oklahoma workers, is that they are working for a healthy organization.
