Alpine SnowGuards® Introduces New Online Snow Management Calculator

Morrisville, VT - Alpine SnowGuards®, a leading manufacturer and distributor of a variety of types of snowguards for metal roofs and other roof systems, introduces its new online calculator to allow users to evaluate the most effective snow management solutions for a particular application - including systems, pricing and design layouts.

"We’re all about making things as easy and hassle-free for our customers as possible, so we’ve put the time and resources into creating an all new online calculator," said Brian Stearns, president of Alpine SnowGuards. "But don’t let the name fool you, this is no ordinary calculator. For starters, you only sign up once to start receiving on-the-spot recommended layouts. Once you sign up, we’ll give you a call to see if you’d like to schedule a quick walk-through so you can see all that it has to offer."

Another great feature is the fact that the system will even store all of your entered projects, allowing you to easily search and recall them at any time, for reference, or to make changes as needed. Adding you project information is fast, easy, and best of all, it’s free!"

After project details have been entered, a printable document will be generated that will includes all the information that's needed, broken out by roof section...

Parts/Quantities. The calculator will generate a complete listing of parts needed for the specified project. This takes out the guesswork, and provides an accurate scope of what's needed.

Price Breakdown/BOM (bill of materials). Each product needed for the project will be listed out by roof section, in an easy to read chart that breaks down the price associated with each of the system components. If more than one roof section is entered, there will be a price breakdown for each section, along with a “totals” chart at the end of the printout.

System Information. This section details the roof type, the component breakdown of the selected system, materials, as well as the per-component price.

Stearns said once the information is entered and the user is happy with the snow management solution - outlining the system, pricing and roof section information - they can call Alpine SnowGuards at (888) 766-4273 or send an email to receive an official quote to move the project forward.

Alpine SnowGuards offers a wide variety of snow management systems including pad-style, pipe-style, and fence-style snow guards, as well as a line of frame-mounted snow management systems for use on solar PV arrays. Alpine has a solution for all roof types, new or retrofit.

All of Alpine’s products are precision-engineered to prevent damage caused by avalanching snow and ice while enhancing the beauty of any roofing system.
