Janus International Group LLC Acquires ASTA Door Corporation

Temple, GA - Janus International Group LLC announces its acquisition of ASTA Door Corporation, a supplier of rolling door products throughout the United States.

ASTA will continue to operate as a stand-alone company. The planned relocation of ASTA’s primary manufacturing facility and headquarters to Cartersville, GA, from Acworth, GA, will continue as planned with completion slated for early 2018.
