C.R. Laurence Announces Acquisition Of Hansen Architectural Systems

Los Angeles, CA - C.R. Laurence (CRL), a manufacturer of architectural glazing systems, has announced that it has acquired Oregon-based Hansen Architectural Systems, Inc.

Hansen has over 20 years of experience specializing in the design, fabrication, and installation of aluminum railing systems. The company’s product offering includes cable railings, glass railings, picket railings, and sun control systems. With the acquisition, CRL will support its growth initiatives by expanding its railings line and market share.
