Metals Service Center Institute Announces New Governance Structure
Rolling Meadows, IL – The Metals Service Center Institute has announced the streamlining of its Board of Directors, reducing the maximum number of directors by 60 percent, and creating four official standing committees responsible for Audit, Compensation, Finance and Governance/Nominating.
