Coated Metals Group Expands Into Salt Lake City

Salt Lake City, UT - Coated Metals Group (CMG) expands its operations by opening a new production and distribution operation in Salt Lake City. Tyler Fourie, sales representative, will be leading the staff at the new facility.

"We've enjoyed steady growth in this region for quite a while and it became clear that a physical presence would improve upon our ability to serve the market," said Gary Woodward, company president. "We're confident that our customers will see tremendous benefit from locally-available inventory and enhanced service."

Fourie has held various positions, such as inside sales and regional manager, in the construction and metal industry.

CMG's new facility will stock a full assortment of inventory in both coil and sheet goods. Coil processing equipment will allow for quick turnaround of custom orders and enhanced lead times. Route truck delivery will be available to the greater Salt Lake City metro area.
