Drexel Metals Announces Purchase Of Premium Panels Inc.

Louisville, KY - Drexel Metals, a Carlisle Construction Materials (CCM) business, has announced its acquisition of Premium Panels Inc., a leader in the architectural metal roofing segment serving both residential and commercial customers from its regional facilities in Denver, CO and Kansas City, MO. Premium Panels' regional manufacturing business supplies metal and wall panel systems, custom trim and cornice fabrication, edge metal, gutter systems and a wide range of other products used in the metal roofing and wall panel markets.
