Cleveland, OH - The Metal Building Manufacturers Association (MBMA) announces the appointment of Tony Bouquot as General Manager.

“We are excited to have Tony on board,” said John Addington, President of the association management firm, Thomas Associates. “His knowledge and experience will be vital in helping our industry continue to grow and prosper in the coming years. In addition to his technical background, he has led a trade association before, as well as serving on its board, making him a great choice for our organization.”

Previously he worked at Patio Enclosures Inc. as Vice President of Manufacturing and Tubelite Inc. as well as serving as President of the National Sunroom Association from 2007 – 2009. “These industries each face many of the same challenges and opportunities as the metal building industry,” added Addington.

Bouquot holds a bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering from the University of Dayton and completed graduate studies in mechanical engineering at Johns Hopkins University in Baltimore.
