Laminators Inc. Names New Regional Manager

Hatfield, PA – Laminators Incorporated has announced the promotion of its longstanding employee, Jason Bauknecht, to Regional Manager for the Architectural Products Division. His territories include Mid-Atlantic (DE, southern NJ, NY [excludes NYC], PA, WV), Chesapeake (DC, MD, VA), Southeast (NC, SC, TN) and Canada.

Bauknecht has held various positions throughout his 14 years at Laminators, including Shop Machine Operator, Customer Relations Manager for the Sign & Digital Print Products division, Inside Sales Representative and most recently Inside Sales Manager for the architectural division. With his promotion to Regional Manager, Bauknecht is responsible for performing field promotional work and relationship management to sell and develop new business. This includes working with current major accounts, as well as developing new territories and new industries. 

Some of Bauknecht’s main responsibilities consist of demonstrating products/services and providing product application advice to the customer, as well as coordinating company technical engineering services to develop solutions for the customers’ needs.  He will play a key role in increasing the regions’ sales volume and profitability.
