MBMA Announces Reed’s Metals And Union Corrugating As New Members

Cleveland, OH - The Metal Building Manufacturers Association (MBMA) announces Reed’s Metals LLC and its parent company, Union Corrugating Company, as new members. Both companies join MBMA in the Building Systems category.

The MBMA serves as the voice of the metal building systems industry, providing leadership, research and education to increase the prominence and usage of metal building systems. MBMA membership consists of three categories: Building Systems members, made up of metal building systems manufacturers; Associate members, which includes metal building systems suppliers; and A/E members, which are architecture and engineering firms and related service providers.

“With 44 Building Systems members, MBMA continues to thrive,” noted Tony Bouquot, MBMA General Manager. “Our metal building producers and manufacturers are the heart of the metal building systems industry, creating one of the most popular building types in use today.”

MBMA members work with design professionals, educators, building code officials and others to advance the industry, which produces approximately 30,000 new buildings each year. Through its various committees, MBMA members provide information and research that is leading the advancement of the metal building systems industry.

Reed’s Metals LLC, founded in 1998, provides metal roofing and metal building solutions to companies throughout the southern United States and ships products nationwide. Union Corrugating Company, founded in 1946, acquired Reed’s Metals LLC in October 2018.
