Alfrex Announces New Hires In Sales And Project Development

Buford, GA - Alfrex, LLC has announced two new additions to its team: Camille Knezevich as a Project Development Specialist for North America, and Dann Kerns as a Regional Sales Manager for the Midwest Region.

In her role, Knezevich will be responsible for increasing the specification rates of Alfrex FR MCM and Alfrex Plate aluminum wall cladding products.  Kerns, meanwhile, will promote both the Alfrex FR metal composite material (MCM) and Alfrex Plate architectural wall cladding product lines in a sales capacity. 

Knezevich began her professional career in 2004 at the South Carolina Department of Employment and Workforce in recruiting and business account development.  In 2012, she began work in a dual Project Developer / Customer Service role for an aluminum composite material manufacturer, where she contributed significantly to the increase in the specification rates of their MCM brand. In 2019, Knezevich joined EMS Chemie in Sales Support where she executed complete customer order ownership from order reception to fulfillment and delivery.

Knezevich holds a degree in Business Management from the University of Phoenix and will be based out of her home in Columbia, SC. 

Dann Kerns

To his new position, Kerns brings over twenty-three years of sales and business development experience in architectural building products, including 16 years in metal composite wall cladding.  He began his career in customer service with a leading metal claddings manufacturer and quickly rose to become a Regional Sales Manager.  In 2002 he took a position as a regional sales manager with a leading manufacturer of metal composite materials and single skin metal, where he both doubled the customer base and sales revenue in only 2 years. Through 2019, Kerns steadily increased his territory and product line responsibilities, winning prestigious awards for results including Most New Product Sales, Largest Territory Sales Increase, and National Salesman of the Year.

Kerns holds a degree in Organizational Communications from the University of North Carolina at Greensboro and will be based out of his home in the St. Louis, Missouri area.

Alfrex is investing in a new, FR-only MCM production facility in Buford, Georgia, which will commence production in late-2020.  The operation will provide the market with a more competitive domestically produced FR ACM product with shorter lead times, and a differentiated extended product line including 3mm thick, non-combustible, coil coated aluminum plate.
