MBMA Expands With Four New Members

Cleveland, OH - The Metal Building Manufacturers Association (MBMA) welcomes four new members to its ranks. Terry Building Company joins as a Building Systems member, while Curbs Plus, Inc., FRAMECAD and PrīmX North America join as Associate members.

Terry Building Company is a metal building manufacturer located in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma. Curbs Plus, Inc., headquartered in Ringgold, Georgia, manufactures conventional and engineered metal building roof curbs, curb adapters, architectural equipment screens and other building accessories. FRAMECAD, which offers cold-formed steel engineering design-and-build systems, has its North American headquarters in Fairfax, Virginia. PrīmX North America provides jointless concrete flooring and is headquartered in Shakopee, Minnesota.

“MBMA has consistently demonstrated its leadership in the metal building systems industry,” said Tony Bouquot, MBMA general manager. “Over the last year and a half, we’ve shown that our work is more important than ever, and these four companies recognize that. It’s exciting to welcome this group to MBMA.”

MBMA serves as the voice of the metal building systems industry and has two membership categories: Building Systems members, made up of metal building systems manufacturers; and Associate members, which include metal building systems suppliers, architecture and engineering firms, and related service providers. MBMA’s Building System members are the heart of the metal building systems industry, producing approximately 28,000 buildings every year. Associate members help shape MBMA’s direction and activities through such affiliations as the Associate Member Advisory Council and participation in MBMA’s standing committees.

MBMA offers support to members through research-driven industry leadership and networking opportunities. The association also focuses on education to increase the prominence and usage of metal building systems as the premier solution for performance, aesthetics and sustainability in low-rise building construction. MBMA members work with design professionals, educators, building code officials and others to advance the industry.

MBMA’s members are continually working to inform and inspire the building community about the versatility and design flexibility inherent in metal buildings. To learn more about membership, contact MBMA via mbma@mbma.com.
